A separate trial release is therefore not provided. To evaluate code quality and architectural fit, please review the SpringBlade open-source repository before procurement.

Commercial licenses follow a single, nationwide price list; the listed price is the final price and is not subject to negotiation. We do not run holiday promotions or channel discounts—pricing remains consistent year-round.

Source code is inherently reproducible; upon delivery the contractual obligation is considered fulfilled and refunds cannot be processed. We recommend evaluating the open-source release to confirm architectural and engineering fit before procurement.

Each license includes one seat in our commercial support group. Routine inquiries are handled via the community forum and ticket system, with senior engineers responding by ticket priority. Dedicated on-site engineering or named consultants are not part of the standard plan; expert service packs are available separately on a per-person-day basis.

Owing to underlying frontend dependencies and modern web standards, BladeX no longer supports Internet Explorer. Please use Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari for the full functional and performance experience.

You may register a software copyright for the business code you have authored. The BladeX commercial framework and its utility classes may not be submitted as the registered subject or core code, and must be clearly separated from your application logic in all filings.

Yes. Until the licensing entity is bound, the code is for personal study only — no update entitlement, no commercial use, no redistribution. Update privileges are activated automatically upon entity binding; sharing the source with multiple entities during the term permanently revokes the update entitlement.

Each license is strictly bound to a single signing entity, and usage rights extend only to that entity's own projects. Affiliated companies, subsidiaries, outsourced clients, partner teams, and personal acquaintances are all considered third parties and fall outside the licensed scope; sharing source code or development rights with any such party requires a separately purchased license for that party.

Derivative work must be delivered as a complete project, and any customized software must be obfuscated and encrypted prior to external delivery or deployment. Where the recipient receives only an obfuscated, encrypted build with no source code or means of recovery, the transfer constitutes a standard application delivery and no additional license is required for the recipient. Where any portion of the source code (including business code you have authored) is to reach a partner organization, the corresponding BladeX commercial license must be purchased for that organization in advance; absent such a license, deployment is permitted only on servers owned by that organization, in obfuscated and encrypted form.

Licensees may not publish, sell, or otherwise distribute foundational platform products that compete directly with BladeX. Any plan to release a comparable offering requires a prior written cooperation agreement with us. While derivative work enjoys independent software copyright, it depends on the underlying BladeX framework to operate and therefore cannot be distributed as a standalone product; upon any external transfer, the recipient must hold the corresponding BladeX commercial license in order to use it.

Commercial licenses are strictly bound to the signing entity and may not be transferred, resold, sub-licensed, leased, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any third party without our prior written consent. Any such transfer is deemed an infringement and results in permanent revocation of the license without refund.

Genuine licenses are issued exclusively through official channels and carry a unique serial number that can be verified on the "License Lookup" page. Source code obtained via group purchases, resale, or any other unofficial channel is deemed pirated and is excluded from technical support, version upgrades, and legal protection; the user assumes all associated legal and commercial risk.
